What does this passage mean?

I would say that of the 5 main things in our life, family, health, friends, and integrity are the most important. They should be cherished, because if you lose them they are not easily replaced. Work, although important, can be replaced. And often times we treat work as the most important thing in our life, neglecting the other four. We should keep work in its perspective and spend as much time on the other four things as we do our jobs.
