Paper Shelf
How do I remove paper that is stuck to a solid cherry wood shelf?
I don't want to use anything that will destroy the wood finish. I've tried hot water and peeling with no luck.
Try Vegetable Oil...it will saturate the paper and wont' harm the finish...I would leave it on for a few days and treat it a few times and eventually it should ease the paper off of the wood.
