Where can I find this Bombay Mosaic Sconce?

My wife bought two of these a few months ago, from Bombay. Unfortunately, she accidentally broke one, and since Bombay is out of business now, we cannot find them. I've looked on Ebay, but can't find them. I wanted to find her a replacement set, for our upcoming anniversary, but am out of luck. Any suggestions?
You sometimes if you check Lowe's and such in the lamp area they have just the shades for all kinds of sconce type lights.
